HOW IT WORKSHOW TO USE YOUR EAP
Enrollment — You are automatically enrolled by your employer. Because of this, there is nothing for you to do but begin using the program.
Eligibility — Employees and every member of their household are eligible to use the EAP. So, the child, college student, spouse, significant other or mother-in-law living in your house qualifies to use First Sun EAP. The EAP is independent of your employer’s insurance. For this reason, you do not have to be signed up for insurance to receive this benefit. On the other hand, if you are part-time, a contractor or retired, please call us to see if you qualify.
Sessions — Your EAP plan has a predetermined number of counseling sessions and life management services. For this reason, please look in your benefits book or call us for your specific number of sessions.
Free and confidential — Our services are free, and no one but you knows that you have inquired about or used the EAP.
Access Services — Complete our online form or call and talk with an intake specialist who will match you with the right services to fit your needs.
