HOW IT WORKS
Well-Being Center — Create a free account to explore your plan. Each tile outlines a different service and ways to use it. Dive into popular topics that affect your daily life in the Learning Center, or search by topic for recommended resources like webinars, articles, books, podcasts, training bites and assessments.
Enrollment—Your employer automatically enrolls you. Your next step is to create a free Well-Being Center account to use the program.
Eligibility — Employees and their household members are eligible to use the EAP. So, your child, college student, spouse, significant other, or mother-in-law living in your house qualifies to use First Sun EAP. Your EAP is independent of your employer’s health insurance. For this reason, you do not have to be signed up for health insurance to receive this benefit. If you are part-time, a contractor, or retired, please call us to see if you are eligible under your organiation’s plan.
Sessions — Your EAP plan has a specified number of mental health sessions and life management services. Please review your benefits book orlog in to the Well-Being Center for your plan details.
Free and confidential — Your organization pays for these services. First Sun does not report individual use to your organization. Only you know that you have used your EAP. Also, we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
