I have been so impressed with First Sun EAP! I have always made a point to encourage taking advantage of this program to new employees during orientation, but since I have used First Sun myself, I express even more how wonderful this program is. I have personally called numerous times for HR advice, referred employees to a program, and inquired about training programs.
