We deliver topics in a clear, practical manner to help your employees grow and walk away with real insights they can apply right away in their work. From better email strategies to navigating conflict at work, we cover the gamut of what your workforce is facing today.
To be human means that we will encounter challenging people, and sometimes those people are us. This training explores the importance of understanding ourselves before engaging in challenging situations with others. With the right tools and strategies, we can draw healthy boundaries and manage conflict effectively.
Mental health surrounds our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. This presentation shares mental health resources and introduces you to the five areas of well-being that you can pursue to contribute to your overall health.
Humans have a fundamental need to be understood. We’ll teach your team core empathy skills they can use immediately. Empathic communication is at the heart of all meaningful connections.
Your office is a dynamic environment. And it may not even be an office at all. Remote work, multiple generations, and varying expectations all lead to opportunities for miscommunication and conflict. These training sessions will help all employees communicate better, manage conflict effectively, and develop a deeper connection to your culture.
We’ll explore strategies for creating healthy email boundaries and for communicating intentionally and effectively. (Hint: it doesn’t include REPLY ALL!) While email communication can increase speed and efficiency at work, it can be a stumbling block to productivity for many employees. Let’s figure out the best strategies for using it.
We often avoid conflict, especially at work, but that avoidance can drive disconnection and frustration. We’ll cover ways to establish healthy relational foundations that enable productive conflict, as well as practical, real-time strategies to shift conflict toward better outcomes.
Belonging is a need as fundamental for our survival as food and shelter. For employees, workplaces can be rich sources of meaningful connections. This training walks through the magic that unfolds when employees feel seen and understood – and the consequences when they do not.
Manager engagement and capability have a tremendous effect on your company’s culture and output. Each session is designed for new and seasoned leaders and will give them tools to manage their ever-changing work environments.
Great leaders don’t just complete tasks — they shape culture, inspire performance, and drive results that matter to companies. And every manager needs continual skill‑building to serve the company well and grow in their career.
More than half of workers are experiencing burnout. During this session, we’ll cover three types of burnout and strategies leaders can use to address each. These strategies include sustaining manageable workloads, prioritizing mental/emotional well-being, and connecting employees with their values.
Anxiety, frustration, and resistance are all normal reactions to change within organizations. This session offers insight into how leaders can provide direction and support that effectively empower their employees during times of transition.
This training will cover the top generational challenges your workplace faces, provide clear opportunities to retain your top talent, and offer solutions to enhance your company’s success. This training can be customized for your specific workplace. The two-hour training option includes interactive group discussions and activities.
Our online compliance training partner addresses HR, legal, and compliance risks with courses that can be customized to fit your organization’s needs. These courses incorporate a behavior-based approach to training that employees find engaging, relevant, and valuable for practicing the right actions and making the right decisions at work.
The course library features modern, bite-sized episodes presented in an interactive, engaging format and it instructs learners on how to handle difficult, real-world situations and rewards them with points for correct answers in challenges along the way.
